World powers attend Vienna meeting on fighting ISIL

Senior envoys from world and regional powers have arrived in Vienna. They are to meet once again in an effort to salvage stumbling efforts to halt Syria's bloody civil war. US Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will chair the meeting. The 17-nation International Syria Support Group, or ISSG, will renew its call for both a national cessation of hostilities and immediate humanitarian access to besieged communities.
