Miller Urges EPA to Maintain Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS)

Attorney General Tom Miller sent a letter to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), using a legal analysis to urge the EPA to maintain the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS).
