God delights in making all things new. God would delight in the opportunity to make YOU new! You don’t have to be the same person that you have always been, or have the same life that you have always experienced. In Christ Jesus, you can become a new creation, a brand-new species of being that never before existed! Where you once were overcome by fear, anxiety, and dread, you can now be strengthened and empowered by the Holy Spirit within you to face every challenge and obstacle victoriously. Whereas you may have lived with a heavy, failing and broken spirit, you can now wrap yourself in the garment of praise and experience joy unspeakable and peace like a river. You can trade the hurts and disappointments of life for songs of deliverance, shouts of joy, and the confident expectation that God is working all things for your good and performing good things in your behalf. Where sin, sickness, and brokenness formerly abounded, you can now walk in God’s forgiveness, healing, and complete restoration. You can learn to let go of what lies behind and press on to the good and awesome things that God has planned just for you! Refuse to be stuck in toxic and destructive situations, mindsets, or habits any longer. It’s a new day! It’s a new year! Stir yourself up in the promises of the Word and in the power of the Holy Spirit! It is time to shake off the old beggarly elements of the past, and embrace the new you – the more hopeful, confident, joyful you; the “blessed and highly favored” you; the “more than a conqueror” you; and the “I can do all things through Christ” you!
