Police arrest, charge 17-year-old in death of Des Moines teen killed on New Year's Day 2020

Monday, the Des Moines Police Department announced a 17-year-old girl has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the death of 14-year-old Josiah Woods, who was shot and killed on Jan. 1, 2020. According to police, detectives learned through their investigation that Eliza L.
