St Patrick's Day Glitter & Foil Tumbler Tutorial

I glittered a tumbler with the neon matte green glitter months ago because I had the glue/paint mixture left from a soccer tumbler I made, and I didn't know what to do with it until I got my St. Patrick's glitters and decals in!
