Mix well. Add gram flour, rice flour, onion, and fresh coriander. Add little water gradually and mix to form a thick batter (not too runny). Heat oil in a deep pan on medium heat. Drop small portions of the mixture into hot oil. Fry on medium flame until golden brown and crispy (about 4-5 minutes). Remove and place on paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup. 😋 🍗 Chicken Pakora Recipe (Roman Urdu) Ingredients: 500g boneless chicken (chotay tukron mein kata hua) 1 cup besan 2 tbsp chawal ka atta (zyada crispy banana ke liye) 1 choti piyaz (bareek kati hui, optional) 2 hari mirch (bareek kati hui) 1 tbsp adrak lehsan paste 1 tsp lal mirch powder ½ tsp haldi powder 1 tsp dhania powder 1 tsp Zeera 1 tsp garam masala ½ tsp baking soda (optional) Namak hasb-e-zaiqa 2–3 tbsp hara dhania (kata hua) Pani zarurat ke mutabiq Tel fry karne ke liye Tariqa: Ek bowl mein chicken, adrak lehsan paste, hari mirch aur tamam masalay daal kar achi tarah mix karein. Is mein besan, chawal ka atta, piyaz aur hara dhania shamil karein. Thora thora pani daal kar gaara mixture bana lein (zyada patla na ho). Karahi mein tel darmiyani aanch par garam karein. Mixture ke chotay chotay hisay garam tel mein daalte jayein. Darmiyani aanch par golden brown aur crispy honay tak fry karein (4–5 minutes). Nikal kar tissue paper par rakh dein taake extra tel nikal jaye. Garam garam pudina chutney ya ketchup ke sath serve karein. 😍
