Super Easy Canned Pig Trotter Beehoon Recipe 罐头 猪脚米粉

This 猪脚米粉 is one of our comfort food and convenience food as well. It's like getting microwaved meals from 7-11 except there's no need to walk to 7-11 for this yummy meal. Note: towards the end of the video, the file was corrupted so you probably couldn't hear what we added in at the last part. We added 2 capful of shaoxing wine. Pls take note. This recipe is mainly made up by canned pig trotters (hence the convenience), a dish long introduced to my generation since our grandparents' time. Correct me if I'm wrong, i supposed this is something only Singaporeans (& maybe Malaysians) will be familiar of and appreciate. Hope you can recreate this yummy dish in the comfort of your home.
