After seeing his son not nod a fellow black pupil, Dre (played by Anthony Anderson) sets out to try and get Andre Jr. (played by Marcus Scribner) more black friends. After trying to befriend some black youths at a bus stop, and trying to join a African-American social club, Dre realises his son associates more with 'nerdy' people than black people. In this clip, Dre and Pops (played by Laurence Fishburne) take Andre Jr. to the park to teach him how to 'face scrunch' - something Pops and Dre both think is an essential tool in any proud black mans arsenal.
