European migrants have a positive impact on UK economy - 'U Talking to Me?' debate

UK Prime Minister David Cameron's proposal to curb migration of EU workers has triggered sceptical reaction from European partners as his proposal would lead to a reform of the EU treaties. How slim the chances are that this idea reaches a final deal at EU level is easy to spot by the way trade unions and employers alike condemn it.
