The Quint’s Report on Odd-Even Day 4: Less Traffic, Few Odd Cars
The Quint reports traffic situation from different locations across Delhi on the day 4 of the odd-even formula trial. During early morning hours, reporters found traffic to be sparse on an otherwise congested Ring Road connecting to the DND flyover.
