MUGEN 1.0 : Rugal(10p,God Mode) Vs Wei
Originally i planned to do a showcase for Sai due of the way how he fight. However there is no same a.i that can compete God Rugal so i decide to use Wei. I think i have a plan to do a battle without using an Akatsuki Blitzkampf's Characters since i found it too much but depending the situations i get. So yeah enjoy!
