Do try this on Eid. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #KisanFoods #Kisan #KisanCookingOil Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3ygkzyd Serves 5-6 Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Mutton Rosh: -Mutton large pieces,ribs & fat 1 kg -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs -Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste -Aloo (Potato) peeled 2 medium -Pyaz (Onion) 2 medium -Tamatar (Tomato) 1 medium -Hari mirch (Green chillies) slit 3-4 -Water 1 & ½ litre Prepare Tadka: -Kisan Super Cooking oil ¼ Cup or as required -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ¼ tsp -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed Prepare Chana Daal: -Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium -Water 1 Cup -Kisan Super Cooking oil 3-4 tbs -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp -Chana daal (Split bengal gram) 1 & ½ Cup (boiled with salt) -Water ½ Cup or as required -Hari mirch (Green chillies) slit 4-5 -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful Prepare Tadka: -Kisan Super Cooking oil 2-3 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1-2 cloves -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp -Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 3 -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions: Prepare Mutton Rosh: -In a bowl,add mutton,ginger garlic paste,salt,mix well & marinate for 30 minutes. -In a pot,add potatoes,onion,marinated mutton,tomato (makes cut with the help of knife),green chillies & water,turn on the flame and bring it to boil. -Place rolled dough,cover & seal properly and cook on low flame until tender (1 hour & 45 minutes). -Remove tomato,green chillies,onion & discard them. Prepare Tadka: -In a frying pan,add cooking oil & heat it. -Add red chilli powder & mix well. -Now pour tarka in cooked mutton rosh. -Sprinkle black pepper crushed & serve. Prepare Chana Daal: -Cut tomatoes in half and place them in a frying pan. -Add water & bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium flame until tomatoes are soft (2-3 minutes). -Turn off the flame,remove tomato skin & mash well with the help of masher. -Turn on the flame & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes. -Add cooking oil & mix well. -Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,salt,red chilli powder,black pepper powder,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes. -Add boiled split bengal gram,mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. -Add water & mix well. -Add green chillies,garam masala powder,fresh coriander,cover & steam cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes. Prepare Tadka: -In a frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic and fry until light golden. -Add cumin seeds,button red chillies & mix well. -Now pour prepared tadka on split bengal gram. -Sprinkle fresh coriander & serve with rice,mutton rosh & salad.
