I was driving to mail packages and was in the left lane that either goes straight or turns, I had left turn signal on. Flashing yellow lights for me with cars coming in the opposite direction, we were going fast; the car on my left coming out of the strip mall had a flashing red light; they pulled out before I came to a complete stop.
