Even with the controversy surrounding his involvement in the 2010 Duel of Harlem, Thaddeus Ross was elected President of the United States. Sixteen years later, he gave his victory speech, promising a united effort to face global threats. By 2027, Ross sends Sam Wilson (Captain America) and Joaquin Torres (Falcon) on a mission to Oaxaca, Mexico, to stop SERPENT from illegally selling adamantium. While Navy SEALs secure the metal, Sam makes his way into the Catedral de Santo Ramos to rescue hostages from the SERPENT’s leader, Seth Voelker, also known as Sidewinder. Outside, Falcon intercepts an escape attempt, retrieving the stolen adamantium canister. Inside, Sam faces off with SERPENT member Copperhead in a fight that could decide everything.
