I've got a striking visual for you for this step that should tie everything together for you. From where you finished Working Shuttles, your neutral elbow in front is your first 'block'. Then, just like Brush Knee and Push, the dropping of the hand is pushing your opponent's hand away, but the added visual this time is that you are not just pushing the hand away, you are PULLING your opponent down. This pulling motion is going to draw your opponent in and down, exposing the back of their neck. With your other hand, you're coming over the top of them and the 'pincer' hand shape widens in this scenario to a wide 'Tigers Mouth' (like we made for Kick With Left/Right Heel). You place this on the back of their neck to keep them in place while you knee them in the face.
