Philly City Councilman David Oh stated Pookie Stabbed Him

City Councilman David Oh is sticking to his claim on Tuesday while testifying against the man charged with stabbing him during an attempted robbery in front of his house in Southwest Philadelphia last May. Defense attorney Stretton’s grilling of councilman David Oh about various conflicting physical descriptions he’d previously given about his attacker and the size of the knife used, Oh, 58, maintained that the perpetrator was Stretton’s client, Shawn Yarbray, 25. “I’m more sure that Shawn Yarbray, unfortunately, stabbed me that evening than I am sure about the length of the knife,” testified Oh, the trial’s first witness. And let’s not forget the statement the suspect look like Chris Rock when he played a crack attic in the movie New Jack City named Pookie. Yes that’s right folks councilman Oh stated the suspect looked like Pookie and he was positive it was Shawn Yarbray that stabbed him even though police gave two different types of flash information which was given by Mr. Oh but the one officer that was first on the scene did state maybe she didn’t write or state what councilman Oh said exactly when it came to the flash information. And might I add no forensics evidence of any kind was recovered by the Philadelphia Police Departmant. Serpico News has uncovered a much deeper sinister twist in this case that raises numerous questions. Could the District Attorney’s office actually be prosecuting the wrong man in this case. Did the District Attorney’s office while under Ex-DA Seth Williams purposely omitted crucial evidence that my prove Shawn Yarbray was innocent along did District Attorney Seth Williams receive the same information and documents that Serpico New has just obtain that came from Florida Law Enforcement that could shed new light on this case. Could this man actually be the assailant is Jarvas Kline Meekins the black male that looks like Pookie in the 1991 movie New Jack city that actor Chris Rock Petray stabbed Councilman Oh on that day in Philadelphia in front of his house and tired to rob him. Here’s a little background on Meekins he is a Military Veteran suffering from PTSD. Supposedly Meekins was arrested in Florida after making threats to kill and shoot Law Enforcement sources say Meekins is Currently in the custody of the U.S. Marshalls. Folks take a very close look at this guys face on the Officer Safety Florida Police Bolo and tell me if this guy isn’t a Dead ringer for A possible suspect that looks like Chris rock from the movie new Jack City. You be the judge and Look at both Photos and you tell me which one are you to more likely say looks like Pookie from the movie New Jack City. the Philadelphia Police Departmant detective dropped the ball on this one big time. And did a Half ass investigation. First of all why is there only one canvas area sheet. If the Police conducted a night time canvas of the neighborhood area for witnesses then there would be a night canvas report not just one canvas sheet show detective surveying and canvassing the area only during the day. Second how is it that the Philadelphia Police Department Detectives couldn’t find any Eyeswitness to councilman David OH robbery/assault. But yet Serpico News was able to find evidence of a eyewitness to the incident “YES” folks that’s right. You will read the words of Elliott Williams who stated he was there during the incident of Councilman OH attack and saw the suspect. Funny thing the Councilman never once mentioned this conversation to the Police or Detective. Elliott Williams stated he “It was just like (the man) was in attack mode,” neighbor Elliott Williams, who saw the attack, said he shouted out loud, “The cops are coming!” and the suspect fled the scene. JURY VERDICT TODAY CAME BACK NOT GUILTY.
