Here is what is on my mind today. 1. Is Amazon about to hit the Web3 space with gaming and NFTs? Supposedly, the announcement could be coming as soon as April. I wonder which blockchain they will use. For now this is a whisper but sometimes whispers turn into fact. I will be paying attention. 2. The SEC has rejected ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF. This comes after the SEC refused to give a decision in 2022 when Kathie Wood's Ark Investments when tried the first time. I constantly wonder what the algorithm is the SEC us using in their determination considering Bitcoin is not a commodity in their eyes. 3. Moody's, a well-known ratings system, is supposedly working on a new stablecoin ratings system. This is going to be very interesting to see what happens when they finally roll it out. For me, it will mainly be about the criteria. I am pretty sure they will stack Circle higher than let's say Tether. 4. Sen. Ted Cruz wants vendors around Capitol Hill to accept Bitcoin. For the most part, Republicans have been positive toward crypto. The opposite can be said about the Democrats. The political landscape in something we must keep an eye on around the world. 5. California's DMV is about to test issuing car titles using NFTs. This could be a major move and definitely demonstrate adoption. Want to know what blockchain they are going to be testing? This one blew my mind. It's Tezos. The project has been on my watchlist for some time, but this was a big and very much welcomed surprise. I noted last year Chainlink was involved with Laprop to enable split ownership of property in Latin America. This move with Tezos, if it all works out, would be a shining example of how the real estate market could follow here in the US. 6. Looks like Bored Apes Yacht Club might have screwed up. Court documents from the Yuga Labs lawsuit against Ryder Ripps show they do not own copyrights to their images. This is about to get interesting!
