RECIPE - Ingredients: 'Spring Home' Spring Roll Pastry, 10 inch (thawed)* Bananas Egg Wash Vanilla Ice-Cream (optional) Chocolate Sauce (optional) Preparation: 1. Layer a few sheets of pastry together and roll them up loosely 2. Using a pair of scissors and starting from one end, cut it into thin strips with width of about 0.3cm 3. Gently pull apart the strips to untangle them nicely 4. Place a peeled banana into beaten eggs and let it be coated evenly 5. Beginning from one end of the banana, take a small bunch of pastry strips and wrap it circularly around the banana 6. Repeat the same for the middle portion and the other end of the banana 7. Repeat the same for the middle portion and the other end of the banana 8. Deep-fry at 185 degrees Celsius for 4 minutes or till they turn golden brown 9. Remove the fritters and drain oil 10.
