This is my review of Arrow Season 3 Episode 7 "Draw Back Your Bow." This episode was great! This episode is all about stopping the serial killer known as Carrie Cutter aka Cupid from killing people to get Oliver's attention. What I liked in this episode: -Cupid!!! She was great villain in this episode. I think Amy Guernick (the woman who portrayed her) sold her performance very well in that episode. She also paid a great homage to her comic book counterpart in the scene where she tries to have Oliver and her run over by a train. -Ray Palmer creating the design for his new Atom suit. -No Laurel in this episode was a bit refreshing. I need a break from her for a week now. -I like how Roy is being called Arsenal in universe while he is in costume. He finally has a nick name of his from the comic book. -Fight scene between the Arrow and Cupid was priceless. -CAPTAIN BOOMERANG IS HERE!!!!!!!! I can't wait to see Arrow and The Flash kick his butt in the Flash/Arrow crossover. -Seeing Oliver and Roy going over to Diggle's house after seeing their love interests (Felicity and Thea respectively) find other guys to date (or in Felicity's case, kiss) was heartwarming. -Liked seeing Katana kick some butt in the Hong Kong flashbacks and I like how she is warming up to Oliver as well (that salvaged the flashbacks a bit, but not completely, see below for more). What I didn't like: -That Oliver just sent Cupid off to the Suicide Squad. I just thought there would be another fight between those two. I had different expectations there. -Flashbacks were okay, but they could have been better and show something more substantial (what I said in what I liked about the episode made up for it, but it could pick up in pacing though). I have to give this either an 8.9, 9.0 or 9.1 out of 10. It was a great episode. I can not WAIT for the Flash/Arrow crossover coming up in two weeks on Arrow!
