The normal exit is pretty straightforward. Avoid buzzsaws, thwomps, and thwimps while riding moving platforms. The last part is pretty challenging, as it is easy to misjudge a jump and end up running out of time as layer 2 sinks into the lava. The secret exit isn't any more challenging than the first two.
