Welcome to my Boredom Buster Series, Day 5 - This is an intense Cardio Day Workout with no repeat movements. This series focuses on variety while maintaining intensity! Each day will be a 30 minute workout with a huge variety of interesting and different movements to get you those gains without the tedium of doing the same thing everyday. This series uses equipment: Dumbbells 5-60 lbs Yoga Mat Workout block Resistance bands and Heel blocks Be sure to hydrate and warm up beforehand and I appreciate any constructive feedback in the comments!
