MEGHALAYA GOVT RELEASES EX GRATIA FOR FLOOD VICTIM

Meghalaya government has released Rs 4 lakh each to the next of kin of 5 persons, who have recently lost their lives due to floods in Garo Hills. Meghalaya chief minister Conrad K Sangma expressed grief over the loss of lives and has released an ex gratia relief of Rs 4 lakh to each of the victim’s families.
