Muse S Review: Is this meditation device worth the money?

In this week’s video I’m reviewing the meditation biofeedback device - the Muse S. I’ve made videos in the past about meditation, and why I actually gave up the practice, but in the last couple months I have started meditating more and more. The more I learn about the science and the impact on the brain, the more excited I get to deepen my practice. But is it really necessary to have the device, or should you just stick with an app, or just sit in silence? You decide.
