Wifi App and Latency test Gopro vs SJ4000 vs Xiaomi Yi Action Cameras

Quick video showing the wifi/Android apps for the new cheap Gopro clones compared with a genuine Gopro 3, and the latency on their video preview. All of these are great for framing shots/mounting camera's, but they are all too slow for FPV flying etc (even if Wifi didn't interfere with RC control). Gopro is by far the worst for latency, but has other advantages. Costs are vastly different (I purchased these with my own money, so this is unbiased). I tested on my Galaxy S2 smartphone and latency in frames/time is: Gopro H3B 1sec1frame = 1.033 seconds SJ4000 wifi 19frames = 0.63 seconds Xiaomi Yi 15frames = 0.50 seconds In practical use any of these are fine for framing/positioning camera's, none are fast enough to be considered 'realtime' which is generally reckoned to be under 0.1 seconds.
