Barbie Doll Cake using one tip

Decorate a Barbie doll cake using only one piping tip! Using buttercream to completely pipe on her dress. I used the Wilton doll pan and an 8 inch round pan. However you can just use 4 to 5 layers of an 8 inch round cake and carve after it has been chilled in the fridge to make this shape if you did not have the Wilton doll pan.
