Wisconsin's suburban women, hard-hit by the coronavirus pandemic and concerned about their families’ health insurance, are key voters in the 2020 U.S. presidential election. President Donald Trump held one of his last rallies in Kenosha, Wis., where protests were previously sparked in the city after police repeatedly shot a Black man, Jacob Blake, in August.
