Superman & Lois Creating a New Arrowverse! Without Flash and Supergirl?

Despite having many of the same actors and characters as Supergirl, Arrow, and The Flash, the Superman & Lois Season 2 finale made it clear that the show takes place on a different Earth from the rest of the Arrowverse. This news baffled a lot of admirers. The Superman and Lois Lane who coexisted with Kara Danvers and Barry Allen resembled those who vanquished Ally Allston, a godlike being.
