Zooplankton and Salmon Survival

The Pacific Salmon Foundation’s Salish Sea Marine Survival Project is a five-year research and restoration project targeted at bringing back lost Coho and Chinook stocks in the Strait of Georgia. Between 1993 – 95, these stocks mysteriously plummeted by 90%. The Project includes 33 sub-projects engaging 30 different partners examining all interacting factors that could be killing salmon.
