Sacred Valley | PERU
Travelling through the Sacred Valley (Urubamba Valley) of the Incas along the Peruvian Andes was a trip I won't forget for a long time! Flying into the high altitude mountains of Cusco we cruised north into the Urubamba valley towards Ollantaytambo where we spent several days following the Urubamba river filming everything from everyday life activities in the fields to the incredible views of Machu Picchu. Some of the other scenes from this short travel film include the Salt Mines of Maras, making traditional chicha (alcohol made from corn), the Wallata & Qhapaq Qulla dances, Pucara bull sculpture, weaving and various traditional offerings to Pachamama. 🎥 Behind the scenes : • How I filmed in Peru's Sacred Valley.
