Terrified passengers evacuate via metro tunnel after Brussels blast

Passengers disembarked a train in the tunnel between the Arts-Lois and Maelbeek metro stations in Brussels following an explosion at Maelbeek on Tuesday, March 22. STIB, the city’s metro operator, tweeted that all metro stations were closing in the wake of the blast. Explosions struck Brussels Airport earlier in the day. Fatalities were reported at both scenes.
