Theresa May to take over as Britain’s new PM

Theresa May is set to succeed Prime Minister David Cameron, who resigned after the UK public voted to leave the European Union against his wishes. May was elected unopposed as leader of the ruling Conservative Party and therefore she automatically become prime minister. Some political opponents are calling for a general election but, as Paul Brennan reports from Westminster, the main opposition party appears to be in total disarray.
