The band's second stop of their 1996 tour. Even though there weren't many setlist changes in comparison to the first night in Fukuoka, they were noticeably getting their groove back. The setlist's overall rather similar to the widely known broadcasted concert from Yokohama shortly afterwards, but the inclusion of two more These Days songs on the setlist makes it more exciting for me. Beautiful audience recording, newly remastered! There was a little "pumping" to the bass, leading me to thinking some early technique of noise reduction might've been used, but the remaster pushed a bit away from that and it's really about being picky in spots. I did two run-throughs with this one (well, I usually do that :D), first trying to get a more sonic feel that gives each instrument the room needed and then trying to get some more clarity on top of this. Overall, I feel it's a well-rounded sound and I sometimes wonder how the Japanese were able to squeeze entire sound studios into the shows since their recording were, for the most part, far better than what you got from other places in the world :) Setlist: 01.
