NCHART Training August 28, 2019

Camp Barnhart, N.C. – Members of the North Carolina Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team (NCHART) train together on August 28, 2019 in preparation of hurricane season. NCHART trains on a quarterly basis in various skills ranging from swiftwater/flood rescue to high angle and wilderness rescue.
