Sledding Conserve School Style

One of Conserve School's learning goals is, "after completing a semester at Conserve School, a student frequently takes time for outdoor play and reflection." During the winter months the sledding hill is a popular place for students to play, although the reflection probably comes later. Enjoy this footage of students on the Conserve School sledding hill taken by student Nathan Hunt. Music: "The Owl Named Orion" from Dano at DanoSongs.com Conserve School is a semester long program for high school students interested in outdoor activities and environmental stewardship. Like an exchange program abroad, students step out of their traditional high school experience and move onto Conserve School's campus in northern Wisconsin where they immerse themselves in an experience designed to foster environmental stewards while earning high school credit. Thanks to the generosity of Conserve School's founder and friends the 17 week experience is only $200. Learn more at www.ConserveSchool.org
