North Carolina Meteorologist Les Still Is Tracking Brief Relief From The Heat

8-23 Les Noon Weather. A Canadian high pressure has delivered comfortable humidity and pleasant temperatures. This will last until Friday when southerly wind sends the surge of heat and humidity back our way. This will lead to scattered afternoon storms. We are also keeping and eye on Tropical Storm Franklin. There is a good chance it will be between Hatteras and Bermuda by early next week.
