Please take a look and let me know what you think! There was an old report that a jogger came forward, but zero information on that. Could this really be Bryan? What are the odds of someone fitting his exact description being so close to this murder that night? Why does 1 picture of the jogger show a headlamp, but the other does not? Could there have been 2 joggers? Should I dig in to this further, or is this just a random 1am jogger, just steps away from a brutal attack?
