Course: Dessert Cuisine: Indian, Pakistani Servings: 4 Chef: Zubaida Tariq Ingredients 8 Eggs 8 Green cardamoms 1 cup Ghee / oil ½ kg Khoya 1- ½ cup Sugar Almond & pistachios boiled chopped as required Silver foil as required Yellow color a pinch Cooking Method Grind 8 green cardamoms with 1 tsp sugar and set aside. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add khoya, sugar, green cardamom powder, and a pinch of yellow color. Mix until well combined Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Pour egg mixture in a wok. Fry well on low flame for 10 minutes till oil separates.  Take it out anday ka halwa in a greased tray or dish, garnish with chopped almond and pistachios. Spread silver foil on top and serve.
