Oven Baked Pork Chops and Roasted Potatoes! | SUPER EASY PORK CHOPS!! | ONE PAN RECIPE!!

Are you looking for an easy and quick dinner? This recipe might just be what you're looking for. Oven baked pork chops and roasted potatoes. It's what's for dinner in my house! I love finding new recipes and having the chance to share them with you! Happy cooking! Ingredients: 1 tsp worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp olive oil 1 garlic clove, minced 2 tsp apple cider vinegar 4 pork chops / cutlets (around 7-8 oz each including bone) potatoes, cubed 1 tbsp olive oil salt and pepper to taste Directions: Wash and dry the potatoes. Cube them up and then place them on a foil lined baking sheet. Season with your favorite seasonings. I used garlic salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper and veg oil. Coat the potatoes, then into the oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Make the sauce for the pork chops. To a bowl add in the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, minced garlic and apple cider vinegar. Into a gallon ziplock bag, place in your pork chops and half of the sauce. Let that sit until your potatoes are done. Once the potatoes are done, move them to the edges of the baking sheet and place your pork chops in the center. My pork chops were on the thinner side, so I cooked them for only 10 minutes, flipping them half way through the cooking process. If yours are thicker, you might need to leave them in longer, about 15 minutes. Add on the remaining sauce when you go to flip the pork chops. Once your pork chops are done, you can flip on the broiler to caramelize the sauce. This should only take about 4-5 minutes. #food #cooking #dinner Music by Epidemic Sound
