Shuu Sugita 杉田秀 Sakuga MAD

At first I thought this dude wasn't that good, and only had a few sequences that were exceptional (like all the climactic mha sequences), but as I delve more into him I appreciated him more, as well as understood his style more. He's a very effects heavy animator, similar to Nozomu Abe. He uses a lot of lines and particles, as well as outstretched hands and sometimes liquidly-like effects. He also has some cool character acting.
