Sweet potato serves as a nutritious base, while cocoa adds flavor and additional health-promoting compounds. Sweet potato gives you complex carbs aur fibre which slows down the sugar release and make your brownie cake naturally soft. Ingredients • 1 cup roasted sweet potato • 1/2 tablespoons honey • 1 tablespoons peanut butter • 1/4th cup cocoa powder • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts • Strawberries Method 1. Chop the washed sweet potato and roast it in the air fryer at 180°C for 15–20 minutes. If using an oven: roast at 200°C for 25–30 minutes. 2. Peel the roasted sweet potato and blend it with honey, peanut butter and cocoa powder (If you want you can add dark chocolate) 3. Spread the batter in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. 4. Air fry at 180°C for 13-15 minutes. If using an oven: bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes. 5. Let it cool and add chocolate ganache. 6. Top it with some sliced walnuts and strawberry 7.
