2. "The Flying Bird" Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban Deleted Scenes:

There's a deleted scene that involves a bird flying into him, causing him to exclaim in shock before it then flies away. It comes bottom of the list because it's utterly pointless, merely slowing down the pace of the movie. In this scene, we see a bird flying through the grounds of Hogwarts before meeting Hagrid. Hagrid tries to hit the bird, but it manages to fly away. Eventually, the bird is killed by the Whomping Willow.
