How to transfer land with fix acre numbers / Kila numberi Intiqal || Process of inteqal makhsos kila

In this video I shall tell you the process of mutation acre wise / Kila numberi Intiqal. When a father wants to divide the land among his sons with a way that each has equal type of land and not create any dispute due to land division then such type of mutation is processed. A man can mutate his land to his son by following method: For example he has 100 Kanal land and have 4 children. He will mutate the land to 1st child 25 kanal fix acres with killa numbers. After few days he will initiate the 2nd mutation in the name of 2nd child other 25 kanals have different acre numbers. Similarly the 3rd child will get the different acres of 3rd part 25 kanal fix acre and 4th similarly. So 100 kanal will be divided equally among the 4 children in 4 mutations.
