Do the Kinderhook Plates prove Joseph Smith was a false prophet? Ep. 37

The Kinderhook Plates were forged “ancient records” used in an attempt to expose Joseph Smith as a false prophet in the early 1840s. Antagonists of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (sometimes called the Mormon Church) claim the plot was a success. In this episode, Dave presents evidence that suggests otherwise. It appears Joseph attempted to translate the plates, but there is no evidence that what little translation he produced came from revelatory means. Check out the resources below for more info!
