INGREDIENTS: BROWNIE LAYER: 170g/3/4 cup butter semi sweetened chocolate-100g/3.5 oz Sugar-1 cup/200g 3 eggs Cocoa powder- 1 tbsp Flour-3/4 cup Salt-1/2 tsp Vanilla-1 tsp 1 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate MERINGUE LAYER: Hazlenut flour-1.5 cup 4 egg whites 1/4 cup+2 tbsp sugar CHOCOLATE GANACHE FOR FILLING: Semi-sweet chocolate: 7 oz/200g Whipping cream-3/4 cup/200g NUTELLA FROSTING: Semi-sweet chocolate--160g/5.5oz Whippin cream-2/3 cup/160g Cocoa powder-60g/1/2 cup cup Nutella-200g/3/4 cup vanilla-1 and 1/2 tsp Butter-1 and 1/3 cup/300g CHOCOLATE GLAZE: Semi-sweet chocolate: 7 0z/200g Butter-1/4 cup/56g Sugar-1/4 cup/50g Milk 160ml 2/3 cup STEP 1: BROWNIE LAYERS 3/4 cup/170 g butter Semi sweet chocolate 100g/3.5 oz Melt the above ingredients in microwave for 1 minute and then mix. Add 1 cup/200g sugar and mix. Add 3 egss, one at a time while mixing continuously. then add 1 tbsp cocoa powder. Mix again Add 3/4 cup flour+1/2 tsp salt Then add 1 tsp vanilla and mix. Divide into three 8-inch pans. Sprinkle 1 tbsp semi-sweetened chocolate on each pan, spreading on the sides. Bake in three 8 inches pans lined with baking paper for 18-20 minutes at 180C. Let them cool completely. BROWNIE LAYER IS READY STEP 2: MERINGUE LAYERS Seperate egg whites and yolks of 4 eggs. Using an electric mixture, whisk whote until foamy. Add 1/4 cup+2 tbsp sugar Whip until soft peaks form Fold 1.5 cup hazlenut flour slowly and fold gently. Pipe into 8inch round disks. Bake at 100C for 1 hour and 30 minutes. MERINGUE LAYERS ARE READY STEP 3: CHOCOLATE GANACHE FOR FILLING Melt 7oz/200g semi sweetened chocolate and 3/4 cup/200g whipping cream in microwave for 1 minute. Mix and set aside. STEP 4: NUTELLA FROSTING: Melt 160g semi-wseetened chocolate (5.5oz) with 2/3 cup/160g whipping cream and microwave for 1 minute. Mix, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 1 and 1/3 cup/300g softened butter. Beat until creamy. Add 1/2 cup/60g unsweetened cocoa powder Add 3/4 cup Nutella (200g) 1 and 1/2 tsp vanilla and mix. Now add ganache and mix until well combined. STEP 5: CHOCOLATE GLAZE: Mix 7oz/200g semi-sweetened chocolate, 1/4 cup butter(56 g), 1/4cup/50g sugar and 2/3 cup/160ml milk. Melt and microwave for 1 minute and mix well. STEP 6: ASSEMBLING Start with a brownie layer. Add half ganache. Now place the meringue layer. Pour a bit less than 1/3 of Nutella frosting. Place brownie. Repeat the layers and end with a brownie layer on top. Do Nutella frosting on top and sides. Refregirate for 30 minutes. Finish with glaze, chocolate and strawberries on top.
