In this Video we will see how to prepare White Kurma / Vegetable kurma in Tamil.White Kurma or Vegetable kurma is a delicious spiced curry from the Indian Cuisine.Vegetable kurma is a simple and creamy flavoured mix vegetable recipe made with a coconut and Nuts paste.There are many ways of making kurma or korma recipe, but this recipe is dedicated to South Indian Version of kurma recipe.This vegetable kurma has spiced and complex flavors. Green chillies are added to bring some heat in the dish. The vegetables can be of your choice (cauliflower, carrots, corn, baby corn, peas, beans, potatoes).We can also add paneer (cottage cheese) or mushrooms or tofu to the korma. The whole recipe has been made in a pressure cooker. We can also cook the kurma recipe in pan aswell. Ingredients: For Special Paste Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup Green Chillis - 6 to 7 nos. Feenel seeds - 1 Tsp Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp Cinnamon stick - 1 no. Cloves - 2 nos. Cardamom pods - 2 nos. Roasted Channa dal - 1 Tsp Cashews - 10 nos. For Tadka: Oil - 1 Tbsp Bay leaf - 1 no. Feenel seeds - 1 Tsp Cinnamon stick - 1 no. Cloves - 2 nos. Cardamom pods - 2 nos. Finely Chopped Onion - 1 nos. Garlic - 3 pods Ginger - 1 inch Beans - 1/4 cup Carrot - 1/4 cup Potato - 1 no. Cauliflower - 1/4 cup Peas water - 3 cups Salt to taste Friends , Serve this White kurma with Hot Chapatis, Pooris, Idli's,Dosa's,Parottas, Appam, Pulao and enjoy with your Family.
