It is a Cooler Day across Southeastern Australia with a Few Showers in Melbourne and Hobart with 16 and 18 Degrees respectively, a mild day for Canberra with 12 to 25, hazy but fine in Sydney with 16 to 32 degrees, a mild 20 in Adelaide, a hot 39 Degrees there in Perth with a Warm 35 in Alice Springs and a hot 36 in Broome and Darwin and as I just mentioned there, Perth is the hottest of the Capital Cities Today. But the Coolest being Hobart and Melbourne with Lows of 11 Degrees. In Queensland, a hot 38 Degrees in Weipa and Normanton (Cooktown, Cairns, Townsville, Mackay and Bundaberg reached 31 Degrees), a chance of a Thunderstorm in Emerald and a hot 37 Degrees there, also a hot top of 37 in Mt Isa. A Warm 34 in Rockhampton, a mild 29 in Hervey Bay and on the Gold Coast with the Capital and Toowoomba reaching 33. After lows of 15 and 22 respectively, a Warm 35 in Charleville and Goondiwindi. Hottest in the State Today was 39 in Richmond, with the coolest being Goondiwindi with 11. It's been a Warm Sunny Day across the Sunshine Coast Region, with Temperatures getting into the Low to Mid 30's across parts with Gympie being the Warmest with 35 Degrees, the Coolest being 18 in Coolum, Maroochydore and Caloundra.
