During their January/February 2012, West Coast/Southwest tour, Sunbears! decided to take a long drive through the night and detour from their planned itinerary to the edges of the Grand Canyon. Las Vegas the night before, Tucson the night after. That morning, just after the sunrise, the 'Bears arrived at the Canyon's edge. After taking quite some time to soak it all in, they decided to Jump the guardrails and get a closer look; then they had the idea to perform a few songs.
