After Sunday rains, Shoal Creek landslide is 'still very unstable'

After about an inch of rain came down over the course of a half-hour Sunday afternoon, city officials say Shoal Creek's waters rose, but not enough to cause more damage to the already eroding slope near Shoal Creek Trail.
