Universal’s Volcano Bay reopened to the general public June 5, along with Universal Orlando Resort, after a temporary closure due to COVID-19. Keep in mind that no matter what area of Universal Orlando Resort you visit, there are additional health and safety procedures in place. Universal is also limiting capacity at each park to ensure social distancing.
