Seoul calls on Pyongyang to take responsibility for Cheonan 정부 ″대화재개시 천안함

South Korea is calling on North Korea to take responsibility for the torpedo attack against the warship Cheonan，...should inter－Korean talks resume. Seoul′s unification ministry says... it plans to secure Pyongyang′s responsible actions by discussing many possible topics at those talks， including the so－called May 24th sanctions on the regime. The sanctions were imposed following the sinking and were considered necessary for normalized inter－Korean development. While North Korea continues to deny orchestrating the attack... Washington has reaffirmed its position. The U.S. Department of State said the investigative report published by multi－national experts five years ago concluded that Pyongyang′s torpedo was behind the Cheonan incident.
